1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, requesting product quotations, or placing manufacturing orders with Pangea International, your business agrees to be bound by these commercial terms and conditions.

2. Quotations & Proforma Invoices

All online estimates generated through our contact forms or customizer tools are subject to final commercial reconfirmation. Official pricing is confirmed via a signed Proforma Invoice detailing FOB/CIF port terms, container specifications, and delivery schedules.

3. Custom Manufacturing & Tolerances

Because non-woven bag converting, flexo printing, sugarcane pulp molding, and paper roll slitting are automated industrial manufacturing processes:

• Dimensions & GSM: Standard manufacturing tolerances of ±3% to ±5% in material weight (GSM) and finished bag dimensions may apply.
• Color Matching: Printing closely follows approved Pantone (PMS) references. Slight variations may occur across different raw material batches or digital screen representations.
• Artwork Approvals: A digital proof will be sent for written sign-off before mass production starts. Once approved, clients confirm layout and graphic elements.

4. Packaging & International Shipping

Goods are export-packaged in moisture-resistant master cartons or palletized configurations engineered for ocean and air freight. Agreed Incoterms (FOB Port, CIF Destination Port, or EXW Factory) govern delivery points and transit insurance.

5. Quality Assurance & Inspection

Every consignment undergoes strict factory in-line inspection prior to container stuffing. Any inquiry or discrepancy must be reported in writing within 14 business days of container receipt at the destination port, accompanied by inspection tallies and photos.
